HOW IS MY ORDER GOING?

How do I care for my leather items?

We have our leather protect and revive product available here. The product needed to care and protect your leather.

Can I come in and browse or get measured up?

You can come in and check out our products or get measured up at our Sunshine Coast store. You can find all the info here.

Where are you located?

We operate from our workshop in Sydney & We are open to public at our Sunshine Coast store QLD Australia. You can place your order on our website or come in store at our Sunshine Coast location. We ship Worldwide everyday

What is my size?

Vest and jacket orders can be made using standard sizing on our website. Custom vest orders can be placed using our standard sizing or using our custom measurement instructions. Both are found on the "Find Your Size" page.

Can I earn loyalty rewards and points for making purchases and other things?

Yes, all orders placed earn 5 points per $1 AUD spent. Points can also be earnt for referals and other actions. You can create a lotaly customer profile here.

Shipping

Will I Need To Pay Import Duties

If any import duties are required, we will pay these for you if you select the option for "Import Duties Covered" when choosing your shipping choice. We usually pre-pay any taxes or duties when the shipment is sent. This includes Europe & Canada Also.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take from 3 - 15 business days depending on location. Shipping times may vary in holiday periods as well as any other variables out of our control. You can track your order progress and tracking HERE

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide every single day!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including AMEX, including PayPal & Google Pay. We also have Afterpay, ZipPay & Klarna. We accept all major cryptocurrencies. All these payment options are available when checking out.

Will my vest look exactly like the 3D render on the 3D Customiser?

No, your vest will not look exactly the same because the image is a 3D render and not real life, the 3D model is used to help give you an idea of the design. Shape and other variables will differ also based on your size and materials used. The end result is obviously always better than the 3D model.

I cant decide what design to order, can you help with ideas and designs?

I placed an order for a custom vest, when will I receive it?

All custom vest orders can take between one to five weeks depending on the order and materials and work load. If you are in a hurry we do offer a skip the queue option that you can add to cart - click here

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed on our website or in person at our Sunshine Coast store. Any custom orders that the website or 3D customisers dont allow then please contact us via Instagram Whatsapp, phone or message +61 468 086 000. Alternativley send us an email at sales@crimwearco.com

How do I find my sizing?

Please take all measurements with a shirt on, do not add anything onto the measurements, take the measurements snug but not tight. We will take into consideration things like jackets and jerseys etc. This will mean based of your measurements we will make adjustments to suit the vest style and your shape. All measuremements in inches, centimeters and millimeters are all fine, whatever is best for you. Here is a video on how to take your measurements.

Will the vests fit my patches?

Yes vests are made to fit all patches inluding the ship today vests which allow for a 43cm top rocker regardless of vest size.

Off the rack vests come with zipper access liner to sew on patches without having stitches go through your pockets or liner. When ordering a custom vest you can choose the option to have a normal liner, zipper access or a full zip out lining.

When ordering a custom vest, if patches are going on it, make sure to note down the size of your top rocker on your order or let us know after placing your order so we can make sure it will fit for you. You can check how to measure here

What are zipper extension sides or a zipper fat strap?

Zipper extension sides are setup with zippers on sides of the vest that can be openned to allow extra room when wearing a jacket or hoodie.

Zipper Fat Strap is a zip in strap that goes on your existing front zipper to widen the vest when you wear a jacket or hoodie.
