Tell us what happened and we will repair or replace your vest.

• Active subscription – your subscription must be active and payments up to date.
• One claim per 12 months – of continuous cover.
• Excess applies – to every claim.
• Return the vest – unless it was stolen, lost or confiscated. In those cases, upload the official report/notice.
• Covered reasons – fire, theft, accidental/accident damage (vest only), confiscation, incorrect measurements at purchase, and resizing due to body/weight change.

Once your claim is ordered, please email us and attach clear photos (and any required documents). Our team will review your claim and email you the next steps.
