Crim Wear Co. offers a membership and rewards platform, providing our members with exclusive discounts at crimwearco.com and other selected ecommerce stores. Once registered, members gain access to a personalized dashboard where they can manage payments, utilize discounts, and update their details.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at our discretion. Your continued use of the Site and/or Service indicates your acceptance of these terms and any future changes.
Subscriptions held are subject to change in relation to offers. Subscriptions can include and update offers as offers change and seasons update. By entering into a subscription you agree on all terms and changes updated and amended. Parts or whole there of included in a subscription that relates to holding a subscription consecutively for any required period. To allow a customer certain perks the subscription must be retained and no cycles missed. A missed cycle will force the subscription time frames to start again to lock any perks that require time based accumulative subscription rewards.
In the event that a monthly subscription is missed, paused, cancelled, or remains unpaid for any reason, the user forfeits the right to access the Service for both the current month and the subsequent month. This includes any benefits, discounts, giveaways or privileges associated with the subscription during the affected period. Crim Wear Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service until the subscription is reinstated or payment is made, without liability for any loss or inconvenience incurred by the user. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that their subscription remains active and that payments are made promptly to avoid disruption of service.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Purchasing a membership supports the Crim Wear Co brand. Please note that memberships acquired are non-refundable.

You acknowledge that you do not own your account and that Crim Wear Co. may terminate the Service at any time. We reserve the right to cancel your account and delete any associated user content for any reason, with or without notice.
