Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, or size so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within 14 days.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (This includes any custom vest ordered) including custom materials. We will not refund a custom order, if there is an issue we will fix it and if it cannot be fixed we will replace it or give a store credit for that items value. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

"OFF THE RACK" Vests can be exchanged if there is a size issue but not if there is any personalized print on the vest, such as a custom printed liner.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once an invoice is paid, the person who paid for the invoice is the only person who has authority to make changes to the order and contact details including postal/shipping details on the invoice.
That person can give written authority via email if they wish for another person to have authority to make changes to the order or contact details.


Refunds / Replacements / Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once a custom order is placed and a customer wishes to cancel their order, we will not refund the invoice amount, we can credit the customer for a similar item from our store. We do not refund marked discounted items but in some situations will provide a store credit to the value of the discounted item price. Once an order has been placed for any other items including an off the rack vest we cannot cancel or refund the order after 12 hours from the time the order is placed.

If a customer is to ask for a refund/reimbursement due to postage/shipping delays, we will not be held responsible as this is out of our control. If a custom item such as a vest completion time frame is delayed due to materials being on order or the finished product held up in customs or delayed by shipping services, we will not refund or cancel order.  Unfortunately delays can happen, including customs delays or shipping delays due to circumstances out of our control.

We take pride in offering high-quality leather vests and other leather items crafted from premium materials. To ensure the longevity and durability of your leather purchase, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following aftercare guidelines:

Customer Responsibility: Upon purchasing a leather item from us, it is the customer's responsibility to properly care for and maintain their leather product. This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Application of Leather Protector: We highly recommend applying a suitable leather protector to your leather item to safeguard it against moisture, stains, and other environmental factors. Regular application of leather protector helps maintain the integrity and appearance of the leather.

  2. Application of Leather Cream: Leather, like any natural material, requires nourishment to prevent drying and cracking. It is essential to regularly apply a quality leather cream to keep the leather supple and moisturized. This not only enhances its appearance but also prolongs its lifespan.

  3. Regular Cleaning: Promptly clean any spills or stains using a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as they may damage the leather's surface.

Company Disclaimer: While we use only the finest quality leathers and materials in crafting our products, it is important to note that leather is a natural material and requires proper care to maintain its condition. We cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from neglect or improper aftercare of your leather item.

Maintenance Recommendations: For optimal results, we recommend following these maintenance guidelines:

  • Keep leather items away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent fading and drying.
  • Store leather items in a cool, dry place when not in use, preferably in a breathable storage bag.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water or moisture, as it can cause the leather to swell and become misshapen.
  • Periodically inspect your leather item for any signs of wear or damage, and address them promptly to prevent further deterioration.

By purchasing a leather item from us acknowledge and agree to abide by the aftercare guidelines outlined in this policy. 

Custom Sizing/Set Sizing

All orders that require tailored sizing are made to measure based off the measurements we require the customer to supply. All custom products are test fitted to a mannequin adjusted to your tailored size and confirmed to be correct based on the orders supplied measurements. Measurements taken are for us to use as a base and depending on the style of the vest there will be changes we make to suit the style, your measurements taken will not always match dimension of the vest, we do this to suit the style and keep the shape of a style and still suit your sizing. If the item does not fit due to niwe can resize at the cost of the customer including shipping, materials and labour. We can not be responsible for incorrect measurements being supplied on order, including incorrect use of the "Size Finder". If an "OFF THE RACK" item is incorrect for your sizing, let us know within 3 days of receiving the item, we can exchange the item for the correct size but do not offer refunds on incorrect size choices.

3D Customizers & Renders

The orders placed via the 3D customizers are 3D computerised renders only, they provide an example of the product, the shape, cut and sizing will vary depending on the materials used, order and measurements.
