Returns and Refund Policy
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect item, or the wrong size, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it within 14 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products – This includes all custom vests and custom materials.
- Custom jewelry – Any custom-made jewelry is non-refundable once production has started. Since each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds or cancellations after an order is placed.
- Personalized items – Any vest with a custom-printed liner is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale items and gift cards – These are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For custom orders, we do not offer refunds. If there is an issue, we will repair the item. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will replace the item or provide store credit equal to the item's value.
For "OFF THE RACK" vests, exchanges are allowed for size issues only. Personalized vests with custom-printed liners cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Changes & Authorization
Once an invoice is paid, the payer (the person who made the payment) has the sole authority to:
- Make changes to the order.
- Update contact details, including postal/shipping information.
If the payer wishes to authorize someone else to make changes, they must provide written permission via email.
Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional processing time.
Custom Order Cancellations
- If a custom order is canceled after placement, we do not offer refunds. However, we can provide store credit for a similar item from our store.
- Custom jewelry orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
- We do not refund discounted or sale items, though store credit may be issued in some cases.
- Orders for OFF THE RACK vests or other items cannot be canceled or refunded after 12 hours from the time of purchase.
Shipping Delays & Postage Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or shipping carriers.
- Refunds or reimbursements will not be issued for shipping delays.
- Custom orders cannot be refunded due to material availability issues, customs delays, or shipping interruptions.
Aftercare & Customer Responsibility
We take pride in crafting high-quality leather vests and products. To ensure the longevity of your leather item, proper care is required:
Leather Care Guidelines
- Apply Leather Protector: Protects against moisture, stains, and environmental damage.
- Use Leather Cream: Prevents drying and cracking, keeping the leather supple.
- Regular Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap for cleaning; avoid harsh chemicals.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Moisture Protection: Avoid prolonged exposure to water.
Company Disclaimer
Leather is a natural material that requires regular maintenance. We are not responsible for damages resulting from neglect or improper care.
By purchasing a leather item from us, you acknowledge and agree to these aftercare guidelines.
Custom Sizing & Standard Sizing
Custom Orders
- Tailored vests are made to your provided measurements.
- Vests are test-fitted on a mannequin adjusted to your size to confirm accuracy.
- Some style adjustments may be made to maintain proper fit and shape.
- Your exact body measurements will not always match the vest dimensions due to these adjustments.
If the vest does not fit due to an incorrect measurement provided by the customer, resizing is available at an additional cost (shipping, materials, and labor). We are not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted by the customer, including errors in the "Size Finder" tool.
"OFF THE RACK" Vests
- If the vest is the wrong size, contact us within 3 days of receiving the item for an exchange.
- Refunds are not offered for incorrect size choices.
3D Customizers & Renders
Orders placed through our 3D customizers are based on computerized renders. These renders are a visual representation of the product, but the actual shape, cut, and fit may vary depending on the:
- Materials used
- Order specifications
- Individual measurements
